I could not stand the mess that these birds were making all over the place. Plus, there was a constant noise coming from my roof because the pigeons would take off and land all of the time. Finally, I decided to use some type of deterrent device on these pigeons because I had enough with dealing with them. After checking out all of the options, I realized that the only thing that would work for me were these pigeon spikes. Even though they sound like they might be harmful, all they really do is keep those pigeons from walking around on certain areas. If they can’t readily take off and land from the same spot then they will move on to perch in a different place. The spikes were immediately effective and I didn’t see any sign of pigeons anywhere on my building after that. I should have ordered them much sooner.
